My question is regarding your extension Comment on Premium Online Product Designer Extension for Magento 2, and I'm asking about the format of PDF export, is it raster or vector PDF?
Your backend demo doesn't work well (see screencast http://viperet.info/skitch/screencast_2018-08-13_10-58-33.mp4). So can you either fix backend demo or provide some example PDF file created by your extension?
What is the output format. I have asked Vincent too. It is absolutely essential that we understand what formats are possible for download after the design operations are completed. We need to receive industry standard type files so our in house systems can interact and process them correctly. Your documentation is totally vague as to this point which may be the single most important issue with deploying this solution. Just what kind of file am I supposed to make my print job from after the online design process is completed and an order is placed?
