If you want to get the Arabic, you can buy our customization service. Then we will customize RTL for you.
if not why you advertise that it's supported in theme info ??=> Can you show me which part we mention the theme supports RTL language please

Our admin template does support multi languages in LTR format. but does not support RTL language. However, we can make a customization for RTL for you as an extra development.
