The challenge
Many businesses specializing in printing services, including business cards, flyers, posters, and signage, faced challenges in providing a user-friendly online ordering experience. Customers found it difficult to navigate through service offerings, leading to confusion and potential lost sales. The need for a clearer product catalog and a more straightforward order process became evident.
The primary goal was to streamline the online ordering journey, enhance the visibility of various print services, and ensure a more engaging and intuitive user experience.
What we built
Our collaboration with Cmsmart focused on restructuring the client's online presence to facilitate easier access to services and products. This included organizing product categories more logically and designing an interface that promotes effortless navigation. We prioritized fast and efficient workflows, enabling customers to complete orders with minimal friction.
The implementation was carried out in high-level phases. Initially, we conducted user experience research to understand pain points. This informed the redesign process, during which we worked on the site’s structure and user interface. The final phase involved rigorous testing to ensure the solutions delivered the intended benefits to users.
Through this initiative, the client's online operations have transitioned into a more robust system, where increased clarity and usability are paramount. This transformation supports their overall service delivery model, enabling them to meet customer expectations effectively.
