The challenge
The company aimed to enhance its online ordering process to meet the growing demand for fast and quality merchandise. Existing challenges included a complicated navigation structure and a less-than-optimal ordering experience, which hindered potential sales and customer satisfaction.
The primary goal was to improve the overall customer journey by making it easier for clients to discover products, place orders, and submit artwork for customizations. The intention was to build a more intuitive interface that supports Merch38's B2B focus.
What we built
Merch38 specializes in providing businesses with customized printed merchandise and fulfillment services. With a focus on delivering high-quality products, including custom apparel and promotional items, Merch38 addresses the needs of diverse clients who demand efficient, flexible and reliable solutions.
CMSMART engaged with Merch38 to overhaul its online presence. This transformation included optimizing product categories, clarifying service offerings, and refining the ordering workflow. The redesigned platform showcases a comprehensive portfolio of items, making it easier for businesses to navigate.
The implementation was executed through several focused phases, beginning with a thorough examination of the existing site structure. Following this analysis, CMSMART created a strategic plan for a user-centric redesign, which was then executed with detailed attention to service organization and client workflow.
With the new system in place, clients navigate seamlessly from product selection through to receipt of their custom merchandise. The enhanced process involves clear quoting, easy submission of artwork, followed by efficient order fulfillment.
