The challenge
Teppichdruck Deutschland operates in a niche market focused on custom printed carpets and floor coverings, offering tailored solutions for various applications from personal home décor to commercial branding. However, the original online ordering process posed challenges in terms of user experience and discoverability of their extensive product range, affecting customer engagement and conversion rates.
The primary objective was to elevate the customer experience by simplifying the ordering process, enhancing the visibility of service offerings, and making the artwork upload process intuitive. This transformation aimed to facilitate a smoother journey for customers, from selection to checkout.
What we built
CMSMART's strategic intervention involved refining the online storefront to promote an optimized product catalog, creating clear pathways for product selection, and enabling effortless artwork submission.
