I would be really interested in purchasing your product, NB Designer, but I tried the free version and no matter which settings I put it on it said the image resolution was too low and failed to upload any test images (when in customer role). I tried this with 72 dpi images all the way up to 300 dpi images and tried settings from 72 dpi to 300 dpi yet each time it had the same message of low image resolution at 100% upload. Frustrating as it seems like a great plugin.
I have Woocommerce Booster and Product Configurator plugins running but I can't imagine these would be interfering since everything else appears to work fine on your plugin.
If you have any ideas about why this failed on me, I'd love to hear them and may be interested in purchasing the product.
Best,
Dominic

Hi, it was from a windows pc but after a bit of searching I realised that my webhost (ipage) has ImageMagickPHP and not Imagick. I have no idea how to run the exec command to allow it to convert.
Thanks
Hello Dom,
Many thanks for your interest in our product. I am Vincent from Customer Service Department at Cmsmart.net. It is my pleasure to support you in this case.
Is this right that you uploaded the images from Iphone?
Also, i have a question for you: Does your host support PHP Imagick?
Best Regards,
Vincent
