WE ARE IN LOVE WITH CLIENT
Recently, we discovered how client loving working with us by their 5 star recommedation

Hi Vincent,
So, we could offer customers the possibility to either start from a template, or customize all pages? Like for 4-sided: front, inside left, inside right, back. And for 2-sided: front and back? This would look like this page: https://mycards.nl/collecties/Anet-Illustraties/profiel-geboorte-kaartje-meisjes-derde-kindje-broer?from_page=geboortekaartjes (4-sided) and https://mycards.nl/collecties/specials/verhuiskaart-zwart-geverfd-hart?from_page=verhuiskaarten (2-sided)...
If so, this module is what my customer needs - I can do the translation :-) Please confirm.
Regards,
Robert
Awesome, thanks Vincent. Will continue discussions with my client and advise them to go for it :-)
Thanks Vincent - I'm awaiting your quick response :-)

Robert
Hi Vincent,
Not yet - it's with the customer, but yours is the only solution left to answer the customer's demand. However, given the nature of the business, with a very specific small target group, any investment needs to be carefully considered. I hope to get an answer this week...
Thanks,
Robert
Hi team,
It's taking the customer a little longer to decide, but we're meeting next Tuesday. As you are the only serious option left, it would help if I could actually demo them exactly what they need. At least the functionality with the design, as described - there is a demo where you can modify/personalize a two sided design, but I would like to show them the 4-sided design. Is this something you could easily arrange for me to show them next Tuesday?
Thanks,
Robert
Hi Vincent,
That's okay :-)
I wanted to try and make a 4-sided design in the demo backend, but I cannot do that (probably a rights issue). I can create a new product and add 4 sides, but as soon as I save it (publish it), that is gone...
I then try to alter the already present business card design (template), but that doesn't work either. When I click on edit primary template, I get 'Oops! you can't accsess this page! ' (note there's a spelling mistake)...
Can you make it so that I can actually do either?
Thanks,
Robert
Hi Vincent,
Thanks - that gives me more room to play more extensively with it. However, I'm stuck on how to make it so that I can offer a client (buyer) a PDF download of their own design. I can create a template with 4 areas - representing the 4 pages I would need - but I fail to see how I can get that to be combined into a single downloadable PDF. So far, I can only see the option to download a pre-defined item and that is not what I need. Also, this PDF would need to have the pages in the right order when printed, which would mean A4 size paper, with two pages on one side - back and front - and two pages - inside left and inside right - on the other...
Thanks,
Robert
I couldn't find it at first, but it's under 'View Detail' :-)
However, creating a PDF is only available in the Pro version, so I can not actually test it. So, as to how that works and comes out, I cannot test and I guess I have to take your word for it then, which doesn't have to be a show stopper ;-)
Just to make sure: I do NOT want a PDF to be available BEFORE the client has paid for the design. But, as it looks like I would have to make the PDF myself first anyway, I guess that's not really a problem?
Thanks,
Robert
BTW: I tried Skype yesterday, but you didn't answer :-)
