2:delivery person and may be hole saller but every vendor have reseller and delivery persons

i wana make a person in the service provider between vender and custome and he is hole sale seller and dervice provider is it possible ?

in our website vender not sale directly we want if customer buy something he chose and service provider and when service provider open his login he sa % percent off and also customer and vender contact and also all details of vender and customer
