Hello NB-Designer Community,
Is there anyone for whom NB-Designer Program is working properly with all options. The more i get to make it usable for my website, the more i encounter bugs and issues.
The NB-Designer Support is very slow, you have to wait literally for a month on a single issue and a single reply time between 2-3 days, and normally it is just a question thrown back to you without solution.
Anyone for whom the experience with NB-Designer was successful and could list their website to test.

I am trying to set it up since august 2020 - no result!
Today after updating the Online Designer - nothing is working well.
Support is very slow - or even asks money for every question
Any video tutorials?
Any user guide?
I am not satisfied.

I have a question - is there any working website here?
Could anybody send me a reference link for the Teepro Template and the NB designer working?
I bought the plugin and template almost 1 year ago.
It is very difficult to set it up, no tutorials, no guides.
And the support is always answering with a question,never with a solution.
I also paid extra for coding, but here as well no progress.
So some working websites perhaps give hope that it will be ok at the end.
Or I could make up my mind to find other working software.

1. "These are just 3: only 3?"
-> I said that "These are just 3 of MANY successful businesses using our product".
These 3 are just a few examples to answer your first question "Is There Anyone For Whom NB-Designer Plugin Is Working Well ?". Yes, there are. Many.
2. "And all in Asia, not in Europe?"
-> All of our product is written in English and can be translated to another langue. So why is there a difference between Asia and Europe?

-> I literally sent a tutorial link and guidance for you in the previous comment, have you check? Just copy the link. Or it's right on our main site, you can look for it.

-> In order to support, we need to know exactly what the problem is and clear them out before fixing them to make sure that we don't have any misunderstanding in the first place because it can lead to another error if we misunderstanding your point. So please work with us to clear them out.

-> We have customized the product exactly as described in our first agreement. If something is not right, please provide proof for our dev. We will not discuss the issue that doesn't relate to the product here.

I paid 200USD for extra coding on April 28th. Still not working. Even more: no response anymore from your side.
Is anybody available to get the custom code working?
