What we built
The client, a prominent player in the printing industry, offers a range of products including business cards, flyers, and signage tailored for various professionals and businesses. However, the existing online ordering system was cumbersome, leading to a complicated user journey and decreased customer satisfaction. Customers often struggled to find the right products and personalize them effectively, resulting in lost sales opportunities and high cart abandonment rates.
