How is this different from maintenance?
This is a one-time upgrade project for a store that has fallen behind. Our support and maintenance plan keeps a store current month by month.
Will my customisations survive?
We review custom code and theme template overrides and update them where WooCommerce templates have changed.
Can you update a very old version of the Cmsmart plugin?
Yes. The latest version is available in the Your Licenses area of your Cmsmart dashboard, and we test your products and print output after the update.
What if something breaks after go-live?
We keep a rollback point and fix issues found during the agreed aftercare period.
Can you work with a client in my country?
