The challenge
The client, a provider of custom printing solutions, aimed to elevate their online presence and enhance the customer ordering experience. With a broad range of products including business cards, flyers, and signage, they faced challenges in guiding customers through the complex ordering process. The existing system made it difficult for users to discover services and manage orders effectively.
The primary goals were to optimize the online ordering workflow, improve service visibility, and reduce friction in customer interactions. The client sought a solution to facilitate seamless product configuration and an intuitive design upload process.
What we built
Cmsmart implemented a comprehensive solution that focused on streamlining the customer journey from product selection to order completion. The enhancements included the development of a clearer catalog structure, automated design upload functionalities, and an online design tool, allowing customers to visualize their customizations in real-time.
The implementation comprised several phases: initial analysis of the client's needs, development of a user-friendly interface, integration of design tools, and conducting user testing to ensure effective functionality.
