- AI tools configured to your policy: AI Print-QA/Preflight (2.10.0), AI on your Cmsmart licence (2.12) and AI access controls (2.15).

What a first setup covers for a print store
A setup is done on a first set of products, so that your team can add the rest. The order below is the one experienced stores follow.

The designer is switched on for an agreed set of products, with the sides, print areas, bleed and safe zone set for each.
Options and prices
Option sets and price rules in Printing Options. A long price list is a separate import service.
Templates, fonts and cliparts
A starter set of templates, and fonts and cliparts from files you are licensed to use. A full library is a separate setup service.

Do I need a Premium licence?
Production features such as PDF print files need Premium. You can start the set-up during the 30-day free trial and upgrade before launch.
How many products are included?
The first set of products is agreed in the proposal. After the walkthrough your team can add the rest the same way.
Who pays for AI tool usage?
AI tools use your Cmsmart licence and tokens. Since 2.15 you can limit AI to members or paying customers, or switch it off.
Does set-up include custom features?
No. New features or workflow changes are quoted separately as product designer customization.
Can you work with a client in my country?
Yes. Every Cmsmart service, from custom development, migration and integration to full store builds, is delivered remotely. Clients in any country and any industry can work with the team; Netbase has worked with clients in 80+ countries. Projects run online, through a written proposal, email or WhatsApp, and tickets in the Cmsmart dashboard.
