1. Why you choose our products/ solutions instead of other products/ solutions? If possible, please tell us name of other solutions.
Andreas: I almost choose https://tshirtecommerce.com/ because it is more user friendly in terms of the features, but your theme is more integrated, plus I already bought the multistore theme previously. I think you could upgrade the online designer plugin to make it more user friendly like the example I show you.
2. Which highlight feature do you like most about our products/ solutions?
Andreas: The online designing tool. But I have shown you a better alternative.
3. Do you feel easy when installing our product/ solutions?
Andreas: No, for me the installation process is very quite complicated and I needed to ask the support from your dev team.

Andreas: I was communicating with Chau, and she has been a tremendous help throughout the buying process.
